Alchemy , I really have an alchemy with it too. It's like a warm-up for the creative side of my brain, these random shapes it produces. Nowadays I start with Alchemy to get my blood flowing AND to get compositions I normally wouldn't get if I tried. The two images above were also both started in Alchemy for the composition, then worked upon in PS.
